Week 07 Berman Family

Chris: Where have you been? I've been like this for two months now!
Oh sorry Chris, I got side tracked with my failed asylum, the Black Widow and the WOOTO Dare.
Chris: Yeah, fascinating.. a little help please? I think I'm stuck.
I have a proposition for you Chris. I let you down if you promise to move out and take 3 kids with you.

Quick side here: this cat was walking by and it was my first stray in the neighborhood. I made the mistake of having Chris greet the cat. I’ve heard of the excuse, “My dog ate my homework”, but never “A stray cat shredded my homework”.

After careful negotiations, a few snapdragon and bedding for all later, Chris and I have come to an agreement. He is moving out with the three oldest children and making room for future Berman offspring. See you in a few turns Chris, oh wait… we’ll pause here because we need to move you immediately in to a home with a phone.

Okay I’m back now where were we? Aren’t these two adorable with their matching pajamas? No sooner did we have Chris move out with the kids, these two got busy making more babies.

Lance would not get over his want for a pet. I gave in and bought him a hamster but he just had to have a puppy. So we went for two, meet Akamaru and Princess. We’re hoping they get to like each other and make puppies for us!

Akamaru has skills, he’s a clever little pup. Here we are teaching him to play dead.
Lance: Like this, boy… ugh, I’m dieing…

Here is the sequence for teaching play dead, its too cute.

So what do you do with a man that is a TOC for the second time? You leave him there and give him a hobby. It’s Lance's responsibility to raise the kids and teach Akamaru his required skills for his show biz job. I love how the toddlers cuddle with the dogs.

I spent most of this week having fun with the dogs, the guests love them unless of course when they piddle. Get over it people, its nature and we’ll pull the weeds in a minute. The dogs managed to get to know each other well enough for some puppy loving. I haven’t a clue if it *took* or not. Hopefully I will know next week with the Berman family.

In the meantime, this too was funny to me. Naturally all the new things are fun to watch the first time; I got carried away and took a bunch of photos. Click on any photos you would like to see larger, for size purposes, I minimized these to keep the flow a bit in check.

As adorable as the dogs may be, this week was not all about them. Paige managed to get a bad chance card and demoted back to cat burglar, sorry about that Paige and on a brighter note the second set of twins are growing up.

Ugh, I am so tired of these haircuts. I can’t believe I use to love them. Okay lets get matching outfits & new haircuts please.

Ah much better. I have decided to use the same cut for each set of twins. Okay so I decided this after the other set of twins moved out and I’ll adjust them later.

Yeah, Paige is pregnant again. Luckily before she did her first bump she was promoted back to counterfeiter and we were working on maxing her last skill. Unfortunately its body so it will have to wait until she can exercise again. I've also decided to ban cheesecake from the house during this pregnancy. Better chance of a boy I'm hoping. They're aging and I couldn't adopt another child even though there is room in the household, and they have plenty of money. So we're either already having twins, the dogs will have their pups or there is a glitch in the system and I'm going to pout.

Oops, did I do that? Darn it, I had one of those “duh” moments. Lance was standing in the kitchen so I had Storm ask him to teach her how to use the fingerprinting thing Grandpa Chris left behind and didn’t realize Lance was cooking. There was nothing over his head, duh, he is a master chef… first TOC, his cooking is maxed so no there wouldn’t be anything over his head. Ah well after correctly identifying the fingerprints, they both promptly freaked out over the fire. No fatalities, no loss of household goods; just a couple of sims needing a bath and burned lobster.

End week accomplishments: Storm & Rain grow to children, Paige promoted to Counterfeiter
Points: 0 points
On-going subtotal: 37 points
